    Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).

    cardio is aerobics. aerobics is any exercise that makes you breathe harder.

    Aerobics just means that you use a lot of oxygen during your exercise, so yes, cardio is an aerobic exercise :)

    its the same- it induces heat in the body by raising heart beat rate
