What’s Your Workout? Cardio. (running, Aerobics, Etc.) Or Weight Lifting?

I like to run and weight lift, but if i had to choose, i would say prolly run… (even thought i’m so outta shape now)

I do both. Cardio helps me lose extra flab and makes me feel energized afterward, but weight training helps you burn more calories because of muscle mass. Both have great benefits, especially when they are done together.

I once ran about 12 miles a week, but after about 10 years of that I developed arthritis in my hips. Running is great for the heart and lungs, but not so good for the joints. I now WALK. I can do 5 miles with no hip problems (I aint young no more) and I lift weights to keep my upper body in shape (no heavy weights–bad on the joints again)

I have been getting into budotokan. It is a mixture of yoga, martial arts and meditation. I love it!

I do both as well, but if I had to pick one, it would definately be running. I just feel so satisfied when I finish a good run.

I go to the gym and use the ellipticle machine. I also weight life three times a week. I love the feeling of accomplishing something. If I had to choose I would choose, i would choose weight lifting as my favorite because I love feeling my muscles grow.
